• Mail service twice weekly from Goondiwindi. Mobile phone service. Primary & Secondary schools in Goondiwindi with school bus at Goodar (approx. 12km). Livestock selling centres at Dalby, Toowoomba, Roma and Local Feedlots. Grain depots at Toobeah, Lundavra & Goondiwindi.

• “Burumbah” consists of mixed soil types ranging from friable grey Belah / Brigalow farming soils to reddish Belah Box soils and areas of sand ridge. Currently carrying a good body of pastures consisting of Buffel & native summer grasses with herbages in season.
